Ambassaden
For the past 2,5 years, Paulsen & Nilsen have had the great pleasure of working on the restoration and refurbishment of the former American Embassy in Oslo. Completed in 1959, the building was designed by iconic architect Eero Saarinen.
It goes without saying that it has been an incredible privilege to work on this project for a great number of reasons.
Collaborating with Lundhagem architects, Atelier Oslo and Concept design, as well as working closely with the talented builders and craftspeople at Oslo Byggentreprenør and Interiørverkstedet has been inspiring. As if Saarinen´s building and this project team were not enough, we are ever grateful to our ambitious client and the team at Fredensborg for giving us this 'once in a lifetime' opportunity.
